The course information follows a Whole Foods, Plant Based approach as taught by such leading experts as Dr. John McDougall, Dr. T Colin Campbell, Dr. Neal Barnard, Dr. Michael Greger, amongst various others.
The program will be co-presented by Health Coaches, Marina Evans and Corné Jooste D.D. Ph.D., with exclusive presentations from Dr. John McDougall only available through Certified Starch Solution Instructors.
Marina has completed various courses in natural health and plant-based nutrition. Corné is a Certified Starch Solution Instructor through Dr. McDougall’s Medical & Wellness Centre and holds a Certificate in Plant Based Nutrition with the T. Colin Campbell Centre for Nutrition Studies through eCornell. He is also Forks over Knives Plant-based Certified through the Rouxbe Cooking School.
Both Marina and Corné completed the Natural Health & Nutrition Course with the International Academy of Health & Wellness and are affiliated with the Physician’s Committee for Responsible Medicine through the Natural Way Network.
