Floatation

During a Floatation session the participant lies in an enclosed tank of water in which a blend of Epsom and other mineral salts has been dissolved. The water is kept at a constant temperature of approximately 34.20 C. Floatation therapists believe that once the brain has all the external stimuli removed, even gravity, then consciousness easily turns inwards to experience inner peace. The primary objective of Floatation is the total relaxation of mind and body, bringing relief from stress.
TIP: While you are floating, your sense of time will disappear. Let that happen and you’ll feel incredibly revived after your session.
