The Feldenkrais method was named after is originator, Dr Moshe Feldenkrais, a Russian physicist, judo expert, mechanical engineer and educator. He took a pragmatic mechanical approach to making the ‘machinery’ of the body move properly. He devised movement lessons that teach people to recognise how they are moving with methods for improving the way they move. The lessons also increase ease and range of motion, improve flexibility and co-ordination and help uncover the innate capacity for graceful, efficient movement.
TIP: Sometimes very small adjustements or micro movements make all the diference to movement.
