Body Alignment Technique
This therapy is based on the principal that the human body comprises eight major load-bearing joints: shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles – and when these joints are misaligned, the body feels wear and tear, pain and injury. The basic premise of the Body Alignment Technique is that pain is your body’s way of communicating that something in your body is out of balance. Your body stores memories of past trauma, environmental stress, toxicity and suppressed emotions. Through the Body Alignment Technique, these experiences are brought back into the body, to its deepest cellular level and then released from that place of deep feelings. In other words, the issue’s brought back to the tissue. TIP: While you won’t be doing any extensive movements or exercise during this session, it’s best to wear comfortable clothes that won’t restrict your movement. You’ll also be asked to remove your shoes for the session.
