Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is the science and art of using essential oils from aromatic plants to restore balance and promote health for the body, mind and spirit. It’s a complementary therapy combining the use of gentle, rhythmic massage with the therapeutic effects of essential oils. The chemical makeup of essential oils gives them a host of desirable properties ranging from antibacterial, antiviral and antispasmodic, diuretic, and vasodilators to combat high blood pressure. They are also effective for treating infection, interacting with branches of your nervous system, modifying immune response and harmonising your moods and emotions.
