My goal is to assist people in pain, to help them recover and give them the tools to help themselves.
I am a Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher. I did my yoga training in Bali/Ubud (2014) and my Pilates instructor’s training in the USA. (2006)
My main interest lies in flexibility and functional movement. I have attended a number of teacher trainings and workshops across the globe. Including the fascia research summer school in Germany (2014) and fascia fitness in London (2012)
I attended a MFR seminar with John F.Barnes in Florida USA in January 2017. It was the most amazing learning experience. I did MFR I & II - with Myofascial unwinding during the 10 day seminar.
A MFR session is 50 minutes long. The best results will be achieved after session 3. One might be tired after the treatment and should take it easy for the next 48 hours afterwards.
