Chopped Israeli Salad

INGREDIENTS

12 Romanita tomatoes
5 Israeli cucumbers
3 radishes
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 green pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped dill
3 tablespoon olive oil
Squeeze of lemon juice
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper

METHOD

1. Dice all your vegetables into small pieces. In a small mixing bowl, add the chopped vegetables, herbs, olive oil, lemon juice and seasoning and mix well.

2. This salad can be prepared in 10 minutes. For maximum crunch and deliciousness prepare this just before eating, allowing the natural juices that seep out to create a dressing along with the olive oil and lemon juice.
